This is a good quality protein and bulk gainer, and I say this with over 10 years using multiple brands. I chose this specifically for the lower sugar content, another key difference to other brands.I’ve bought my second bag, so longer time user.Unlike some other gainers with oat ingredients which taste dry and grainy when mixed, this gainer is smooth and easy to drink. Good taste for the Vanilla and White Chocolate flavours.The full serving size is 5 scoops for 45g protein and 500kcal, so I find it useful I can reduce the number of scoops depending on my volume or intensity. I’ve been typically only using 4 scoops too, so I can get more servings from it and still get benefits well above normal protein shakes.

Bought this for my son, but he is not keen on the flavour

I bought this for my son and although I can’t give and indication yet of any physical benefit he has mixed it without a problem and says it tastes good. He has had no problems using it. Can’t really compare as this is first brand we have used and they seem to have a good reputation.

It's good don't get me wrong but unless you blend it there's a lot of lumps

I ordered the Vanilla ice cream flavour. Came as described and next day on prime which is great.Mixed fine with milk in a blender, maybe a little bit gritty but that didn't bother me, but may bother other users.Taste / flavour was average, nothing special, but only using it to get extra calories so that wasn't important to me.I paid £26 for 3kg bag which seems reasonable for a mass gainer, may try other flavours in the futureSee picture for product information

Taste absolutely vile way too thick and not good on the stomach and I'm usually good with others! Waste of money
