These are wonderful. I wear a women's size 9 medium and these fit my running/walking shoes perfectly...no adjustments needed. They helped a lot with arch support as I have a high arch. Good cushioning and comfortable. I will be buying more for my other shoes.

Great insoles. Had to trim it but that was very easy to do. Fits nicely into my shoes and is very comfortable. It does well for my plantar fasciitis.

I buy inexpensive shoes on online and they need inserts. I got these today put them in a couple of different pair of shoes to see which one they fit the best and they fit all of them so these are my size 9 1/2 . This will make my cheap shoe shopping sprees much more healthier for my feet. Affordable comfortable and I bought another pair.Update It seems after wearing them that the arch Isn't in the right place if you switch the Insert to the opposite foot.You'll find you get more arch support on it Being on the other foot for that The rating for this has changed.I feel this has been cut improperly.try left on right cut top to fit shoes and you will get the arch support .

At first I thought these were going to be too thick but I decided to go ahead and wear them, within about two hours they compressed and felt fantastic. I’ve been wearing them now for about two weeks and I’m getting ready to order another pair. excellent value for the price.

As a person that suffers from planta fasciitis and have been through heel surgery , trying to find the right inserts have been a challenge for me through out the years until I found these . I’ve spent hundreds of dollars during my search on top brands. These are the best ones I’ve ever found and tried . Very comfortable and easy to trim to my size. Quality is also great, reasonable price. Like walking on pillows. Comfort in your feet is very important specially if you’re on your feet for long periods of time .
