I cannot recommend this enough! I have been taking this consistently for about 4 months, before that I wasn’t as consistent. I just got an ultrasound and I have completely eliminated my cysts, my period is regular, and my mood is calm and steady. Not to mention it has been aiding in my weight loss. I highly recommend this product! No taste or negative side effects for me!

Inositol instantly helped me to feel calmness in my body. I am working on losing weight and I noticed that my midsection is showing results and feels tighter after a few days. I feel energetic as well after consumption. It dissolves easily in water and the quality seems superb considering that it worked so quickly.

On my second container. This brand was recommended by my doctor to help manage my pcos. It helped to get my cycle back on track once I started taking it daily. Also helped with weight loss by in essence killing my appetite so my doctor advised me to half the dose . Much more bearable than the alternative . I mix this in my water and it's tasteless.

I’ve struggled all year with my period and after only 2 weeks of taking this (once in the morning, once in the evening) I’ve gotten my period! I am a suffer from PCOS, so this is my honest review on this product. It’s very easy to add to drinks and there’s hardly to no aftertaste. It did increase my energy and I was more energetic, especially with my sex drive. Unfortunately, in my case, my period stop completely, I became extremely bloated and constipated which caused me pain and my sex drive was through the roof which made me completely sexual frustrated everyday. I ended up switching back to my BC and thankfully my period came back and everything else went back to normal. I wouldn’t say this product doesn’t work because it did in other aspects, but it’s not going to work the same for everybody especially those with PCOS. I bought this product solely because of other women who suffer from PCOS as well and the great reviews on it. Like I said, it does work but it didn’t work In the way I hoped it would for me.

My husband and I are not trying for a baby right now, but I do have PCOS and about 7 months ago I removed my birth control implant and had no desire to get back on birth control. Since then, my periods have been far more manageable than any other time in my life, more consistent, lighter flow (I still have heavy days, but not the changing my pad/tampon/cup every hour heavy), and so much shorter (3 to 5 days vs 7 to 10 prior to birth control 10ish years ago). But I've had terrible PMS, cramping for several days, terrible mood swings before and after, so many cravings, and acne!I started using this product at the beginning of 2022. I was aware of this brand and this product and I had tried the capsules before, but I forget to take pills all the time. I thought, I drink coffee most days, let's try the powder. By itself, it's sweet, almost like Splenda, but it doesn't add a lot of noticeable sweetness to my coffee, which was something I was worried about. My coffee still tastes great and I feel like I'm helping myself when I add it!In the two-ish months I've been using this I've noticed a difference in my periods. The first month was not as noticeable, but February was different. First, it was right on time. I'd average between 28 to (an extreme) 45 days between cycles. So I was surprised when it showed up on time, exactly four weeks from my last cycle. Second, I had no noticeable PMS. I didn't have terrible cramps the day before or the first days of my period. Now, I did have some very slight cramping the first day, but it was so much more bearable than anything in the past. I slapped my little heating pad shark plush on my belly, and felt better. Third, my mood was stable before and after, other than a small little cry, but that might have just been because I was stressed (lol who told me graduate school was a good idea, I want my money back). I didn't feel completely drained of energy while I was bleeding, and was able to function like a normal human. The length of my cycle hasn't changed much, I'm still averaging about 4 days of bleeding. My flow is about the same as before. Light to medium the first day, with the second day being the heaviest, and the rest being about medium. One thing I've seen is that I am passing a few more clots than I had in the past. Nothing as big and disturbing as I had pre-birth control, but still something that was different than my pre-supplement cycle.Overall, I absolutely love this product and the way it has made me feel. I'm not trying to get pregnant now, but I feel it will be beneficial when my husband and I decide it's time to expand our family.

0 taste and so easy to take!Most of the myo-inositol products I found were in capsules, which aren’t always the easiest to take, so I love that I can get what I need (and hydrate) at the same time!

The scoop was half the size of what the label said it should be. I noticed this when I ordered a new brand and the scoop for that was so much bigger but the dose was supposedly the same. The serving size on the nutrition facts is per 2.2g serving of powder, but when I measured a scoop of the product it was only measuring 1.1g of product, so half the size of what was intended! I am so disappointed. It says to use a heaping scoop but there’s no way to get double the product with a heaping scoop. They need to put a scoop that will dispense an accurate amount of product. As far as the quality of the supplement, I’m sure it’s fine, but a lot pricier than other options especially after discovering you aren’t even getting a full dose with each scoop.
