Best blemish cream ever! For real!
I've found the blemish cream for myself, finally! My skin is combination - normal at cheeks and eyes but oily at T-zone. There's large pores all over that easily traps dirty and oil. There's redness overall and my skin reacts to product's smells, consistency, and bad formula of active ingredients when present. Results (been using for 2 days but my skin is so sensitive and reactive that I would know immediately if a product is not right for me) :Calms inflammation - fat zits be gone. Of course the inflammation don't just vanish but I can definitely tell that I have control now.No new zits - since my skin reacts easily by becoming itchy, inflammed, and with new pimples forming, I use that as my standard to see whether I react to the corsrx blemish cream or not. There's no new pimple and my skin is not red or itchy in any areas.Pushes comedome outward - trust me some of the comedome that was so deep in the skin that I didn't know existed came up, and it was so easy to extract because I just gently press the extraction tool on skin and the comedome came out. My pore became smaller after extraction but it wasn't easy to extract before so I feel that the blemish cream could be the reason for making extractions easy.Moisturizing: This creme keeps my skin moisturized as well but it is not oily or sticky. It has a matte finish which I like.Layerable: I use this cream before I apply my makeup. The consistency is not meant as a base primer so it's a good idea to use another moisturizer or primer before applying makeup.Reduce redness: when the blemish cream dries, it makes my skin looks white like I have makeup on. This is a good thing fur me because I have redness all over my skin, making my skin dull. But I can see that some people would not like this aspect of the blemish cream, especially people with darker skin type.Hopefully this helps.

Love, Love, Love!!!!
I love this for my Rosacea skin! Using this and then the ceramide cream seems to be the most effective combination I have used!

Authentic and effective product for minor irritation/acne
This is an authentic product! It is NOT fake. :)The spot treatment seems to work fairly well on acne spots that occasionally crop up on my face. I usually have a few whiteheads which, after using the treatment at night, will disappear typically overnight. The most stubborn spots disappear from 24-48 hours with very minimal hyperpigmentation. What is most impressive is how effective it is in calming irritation. I occasionally see a streak of red irritation on my cheek/jawline area after using the very strong AHA/BHA mask from The Ordinary once a week. At night, after rinsing off The Ordinary mask, I apply toner/essence (one from COSRX called the Centella Water Alcohol-Free Toner mist, and another from Pyunkang Yul called the Essence Toner) to hydrate my skin. I follow up with moisturizer (Belif's True Cream Aqua Bomb) and then apply this spot treatment onto the red, irritated area. Overnight, the redness and irritation are gone!My only minor gripe with the product is that it is fairly thick and opaque, and it does not absorb into the skin. Rather, it sits on top of the skin, and rubbing the product will only move it around onto the skin rather than working it INTO the skin. My solution is to use very little product and generally only use it at night. A little goes a long way with this stuff! Overall, I love it and think it's great for the price point. My boyfriend uses a way more expensive brand and, after trying my tub of COSRX spot treatment, has stated that after he goes through his expensive tube he'll just switch to COSRX instead!

Blemish-fighting cream
I ordered this because I have mature, oily skin that sometimes breaks out. I had read good things about this cream and decided to give it a try. I can't say that keeps my oiliness more under control than anything else I've tried, but it does seem to help blemishes heal faster. I tend to use this at the end of my morning Asian beauty regimen, after essences, serums, and lotions. The texture and scent of this cream reminds me a lot of the old Noxema cream that I used as a teenager. Sort of a creamy whipped texture with a tea tree/menthol scent. The feel of this cream is very light. The scent is a little strong, but fades pretty quickly after application. I only really apply this on my T-zone and on any blemishes I may have elsewhere. It comes with a handy little spatula so you don't have to dip your fingers into the jar. You only need a very small amount of this cream. At the rate I'm going, it's going to take me FOREVER to get through this small jar. If you're looking for something to tackle blemishes that's not harsh, but still gets the job done, give this centella cream a try.

BEST cream for SENSITIVE, ACNE PRONE SKIN
this cream is my HOLY GRAIL. i have severe sensitive skin—any new product that i put on my face will give me a burning sensation, and even leave burns on my face. this picture doesn’t do enough justice, but this was after i took off my makeup and my skin was on FIRE, and my upper cheeks were swollen with the burns. quickly, i got on reddit to ask for immediate advice because ive tried high end (la roche posay) to drug store (cerave) lotions that didnt work. ultimately, i was recommended this product, and to try it once my irritation goes down—since then, i have not gone back. this moisturizer has not only reduced my irritation, but gives me a nice plump feel at the end. the ONLY issue i have with this is that it does have a scent to it and it does leave a white cast. however, this moisturizer does not leave you greasy, does not cause acne breakouts, and it lasts all day—you never have to worry about flaky skin anywhere.

Goes on ashy like zinc, not for my dark skin
I love Cosrx and centella beauty products. I've had my eye on this for a while to try on the occasional spot blemish. But it wasn't what I expected. It goes on thick and ashy like zinc based products. For some reason, I was expecting a light cream. I am sure it's effective, but the texture and appearance are not for me. I am African American with richly melanated skin. If I needed this for acne, I would wear at night so I wouldn't have to deal with white cast during the day.
