Cuisinart FP-11SV Elemental Food Processor, Silver

The machine is wonderful!

The FP11 replaces a Cuisinart DLC originally purchased for me by my husband thirty years ago. Difficulty obtaining accessories for the aging machine dictated an upgrade. My new Cuisinart has already secured its place of prominence in my kitchen. The machine is visually attractive, performs with the trademark quiet efficiency we have come to expect from Cuisinart and satisfactorily dispenses with whatever tasks I have given it to date. Most impressive feature? Definitely the thickness selection dial on the slicing blade. No more sorting through a collection of slicing blades - simply dial your choice and 'go'. Time will be the ultimate judge of this product, but from my current perspective the FP11 is worthy of the Cuisinart brand name. I happily give this machine a 5 star rating.

My old food processor broke so I replaced it with this. I am very happy with it. I use it almost daily as I am trying to eat more vegetables. I have also chopped nuts and shredded pears for a dessert. I have also made smoothies in it. No leaks. Easy to clean by hand if you rinse it right away.

Owned for two years, but rarely used. So now, while trying to grate cheese, the motor operates, but the disc won't spin. Tightened the bolt in the bowl, but still no success.

I have worked in many restaurants and this is a great food processor. I'm lazy and I mostly use it to grate blocks of cheese. My only complaint is some of the plastic pieces are very fragile, and I have chipped some of the pieces.

I use s food processor a lot since I love to cook and also follow a special diet. I had an old cuisinart food processor and I loved it except it was really heavy-the base of it. This new one is lighter in weight, so far does a better job grating and chopping foods and mixing in the bowl. I love it even more than the one I had. Thanks for a really great product

Well engineered, allowing me to use the large or small bowls. Very versatile.

It’s a very good product does all that it claims! I do wish it had a better option for pouring liquid into a glass. I’m very glad I purchased the food processor and would recommend it to others.
