Wild Bill’s Pork Belly Bites 3 Ounce Pack (3 count)

I bought these accidently just grabbing jerky at a gas station. These are now my go to for a jerky craving

Salt interfered with the pork flavor. It actually made me wonder about my blood pressure. Still, I ate the entire bag over the course of several days.

Good deal if you tried and like these as they're much more expensive individual from a store, if you can find them.

This is basically just fat in a bag. Seriously. The majority of the pieces in the bag were just straight up fat with no meat or "burnt" parts at all. I feel like I was robbed based on the price of this stuff. They charge so much and sell you only fat....? I understand it will have some fat in it because it is bacon pieces but this was just too much.There were some okay pieces in here every now and then but it was just not worth it to sift through the bag for those. You think you find a good piece and bite in and it's fat again. The ones that were meaty tasted great. I would buy a product that had less fat for this same price but otherwise it is just too much fat for the price paid.I know what pork belly is and generally love it. Have it in ramen frequently but this was just not good. It needs a lot more burnt pieces in there and needs more meaty pieces as well because it is just so much fat.

These are pretty good but after opening a pack and laying it all out, you're basically getting a grand total of 4, maybe 5, slices of thick bacon. Expect greasy fingers and clumps of it stuck together.As far as the taste and texture go, the chunks are small, very salty, smoky and the fat is chewy. The meat ranges from chewy to firm. It's like bacon left over from breakfast, eaten at dinner.Honestly, nothing special.

I really love pork bellies, as the extra fat makes them very tender. I saw these and thought they would be good. I subscribed for a 3 pk of 3oz packages. I just did not realize how small 3 ounces are. Each pack had about 6 to 8 half inch by half inch chunks (and not that tender) and the rest was very hard chewy barely edible scraps for filler. I thought it was one heck of a rip off. I immediately cancelled my subscription, having learned an expensive lesson. Of course it goes without saying ... I DO NOT recommend these.

These pork belly bites are amazingly delicious. They're very fatty, which every bacon lover knows is a good thing. My only complaint is they're a bit pricey, but man, they're SO good. These are WAY better than the Oberto brand bacon jerky, which is basically just soft strips of bacon -- they're OK, but not great. These bites are nice thick chunks and the flavor is perfect.

Was not what I was expecting, it was closer to a moist jerky which was nice. I was expecting more like crunchy bits of fried pork belly, like pork rinds but much denser. I very much enjoy them and have already gone through one back and started on the second of 3 that came with my order.
