I don't know if it was just that my Balsam was exceptionally healthy, or that there was some Christmas magic involved, or God decided to cast down a wintry miracle, or if this product with regular watering did the trick. But it is now a year later and my tree has not fully died. We still have it up.I purchased my tree in mid-December of 2023. It was not to be the main tree for Christmas, but rather a tree to celebrate the solstice (I celebrate Christmas too, but use an artificial tree for that). I watered the tree with hot water as needed (every day or every other day) and followed the instructions for this plant food.Before I knew it, it was February and my tree still looked fabulous.This stuff is wonderful (efficient AND fairly priced) at adding a boost to your tree. Use with warm or hot water for better absorption and whenever you water the tree, add a capful of this stuff. I plan on using this for all future trees. Also, you can likely get by with a one-pack, but your mileage may vary. Very pleased with this product.

I cannot praise this product enough. I have told all my friends about it. I needed to keep my tree up for a full month and thought I would try some kind of tree preserver for the first time. Usually my trees are drying out after 2 weeks and dropping needles like crazy. This product kept my tree green and fresh and the needles soft and kept them from dropping. Also my tree put out the fresh tree smell for 3 weeks, where usually it stops after 3 days. I could have kept my tree up another 2-3 weeks if I had wanted to. This was the best tree I ever had, thanks to this product.

Seems to work. We've used this for two years now and we hardly get any needles falling from the tree.

I buy my Chirstmas tree every year on Thanksgiving weekend along with some of this preservative. My trees always stay fresh and green until after New Years with very little minimal needle drop

I originally bought one of these at Home Depot and thought it was likely a gimmick. However, the tree (which was already 10 days old when I got it) wound up chugging water for weeks and the needles never felt dry. I bought these so I would not forget to use again next year.

I have to admit I was a little skeptical of this stuff, but as soon as I started using it our tree went from needing 3 quarts of water a day to 1 or not quite 1 quart a day. We have zero needle drop and it's still as green as the day we got it.

The product works great, but the packaging desperately needs a redesign. There's no way I've found to dispense the liquid without it dripping on the packaging or the floor, and once it dries it becomes really sticky. I've taken to wiping down the bottle with a wet cloth after every use, and I still find it stuck to the counter the next day.
