I found that my hotend fans went out fairly frequently because of dust buildup. Swapping it in was easy aside from soldering, but nothing is saying that you can't use crimp connectors. I think that'd be the better option if you're finding that you have needed to replace the fan more than once. The wires are long enough to decide where you want to splice in; I suggest somewhere up inside the loom. Just make sure you put them in the orientation as the original! It's nice to have a spare on hand.

6 months later the fans are only just now starting to fail with constant printing. Last fans only lasted a few months.

But it's only long enough because it comes with an extension clip, which puts a little awkward bulge in your cable wrap.

After 2 years of owning my ender 3 the cooling fan started to get very loud. These fans were a perfect cheap replacement. Better yet they were an exact match to the original design so they fit my 3d printed bullseye fan duct without having to modify anything. Best part is it's a 2 pack so next time it starts getting loud again I already have a replacement.My printer runs nearly 24/7 and the 1st fan has held up very well nice and quiet for many months. I'd say they are on par quality wise as the original that came with the printer and should last as long before getting loud again.So I have zero complaints good fans at a good price a++.

The media could not be loaded. I'm revising my review. I originally gave a bad review because neither fan would work for me. It wasn't the fans at all it was my motherboard. After replacing my motherboard both fans immediately turned on and are working great.

Typically they are great. This time I got a fan that was dead. They are not costly as all so one out of 12 from past or d erst is no big deal

For 3D Printers speed is so key to good parts. And cooling the part at extrusion is critical. The tiny 4010 Blower is quiet, and very strong.
