Just received mine, lights didn't work on one to begin with. Comes with a decent case for each and a lens cloth for each. Magnifying lenses work well on both. Had to mess with the batteries between the 2, figured out the batteries in both were good, then had to play with the battery door on the one that wasn't working. They will screw down without being flat in the threaded area. Everything seems good now, the lights are VERY bright. I wish the battery door didn't utilize a special tool, and wasn't easy to get it in wrong since even the factory didn't get the one installed correctly. Might just be the door on the one, because I didn't have any issues with the door on the one that worked initially. Great buy for the money though, bought these for my metal detecting kits, will be a nice addition this year.

Got this to use at work. Nice and bright LED lights. Actually bought two. Have on to a co worker. His case latch broke right away. But doesn’t affect the product. The pivot screws seem to become real loose with use. But not a big deal. Worth buying if you do any sort of detail work.

I bought two of these and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I have used them over and over and over and find that the LED light is extremely handy. Good product

First, the optics are excellent, and the LED lights are nice. Buuut, I have some complaints…- The LED battery access cover is just dumb. It requires a special tool (the tiny silver thing in the second pic - it’s about 10mm in diameter - VERY easy to lose), to change batteries. It would be so much easier to make it a slot for a flat-head screw driver, or a small coin, or literally anything flat.- The oval case it comes with is very imprecise, and too big. The latch is very poorly executed. On one of mine the latch did not work at all (I had to break it to get it open), and the other is very difficult to open and closed. And the case is simply too bulky to be of use - I will not be using them.- The rotating metal cover is more than sufficient to protect the optics. But, it is very thin and flimsy. And, it bends very easily.So, again pretty good value for the money, but I would eliminate the case, put that money into improving the rotating protective cover, and eliminate the special battery tool.Thanks for reading!

I use these to check my stones as I work with them for cabachons.My eyes are in that sucky stage called ‘old’ so I really needed these. I like that the lenses is protected by the attached keeper. It is small and I can keep it in my pocket for easy access.

I was looking for a decent little jeweler magnifying glass. This came in a package of two which I though was great, and the price was pretty decent. Ordered and they can within a few days. I like that they each have a little case that keeps them safe from getting scratched or broken. They look pretty good as well and works as designed.
