Will the warm white 2700K dim down to a yellowish 2200K (I want a yellow-ish colour) ?

No / it will dim to more of a sickly yellow - they are great at 2700k but not lower colour temperature The chips are not of a high enough quality for 2200k

Would these work plugged into a wifi smart plug through the mains? I want to voice control them with my Google Home system.

I’ve got mine connected to a WiFi smart plug adapter and controlling it via Apple HomeKit. Using this method you can only turn them on and off. If you want to dim then, you need to use the remote that comes with the set.

Is it possible to turn these lights on and off by switching the power supply on and off at the mains? Do they remember their last setting?

Yes I use the main power to put them on and off. Just use the remote to adjust brightness etc. not sure if they remember any timings sorry.

Will two sets work from one remote control?

YES Here is the step of re-match: After plug in the power, turn on the light(to make sure all the parts are correctly connected), firstly turn off the strip(the power is still on ), secondly press the button(about 3 seconds) on the dimmer to go into the "match" status, thirdly press the “ON” button on the remote. The dimmer will be matched with the remote. Try to control with the matched remote.
