Works really really well

Had these before, last one didn't work properly since I had it, brought it again and it seems OK.

Sensor does not work, even with same brand weather station. Do not buy.
The sensor has a display temperature and humidity, but does not transmit this information. Not even to the same brand of weather station. Obviously flogging off faulty defective stock. Don't waste your money. Useless.

Useful additional outdoor sensors for my Youshiko weather station.
I recently purchased a Youshiko weather station and at the time of ordering it, I ordered an additional two outdoor sensors.They arrived on July 17th, a day ahead of schedule.They both work perfectly with the weather station and the set up was straight forward.I am happy to recommend these items plus the Youshiko weather station for which they are designed.

Replacement transmitter for existing unit.
I was pleasantly surprised to come across this transmitter only unit, as my existing weather station units transmitter had failed, just stopped working, even after new batteries. It was a good few years old.Wasn’t sure if it would be compatible despite being from the same manufacturer. Just powered it up on arrival and after searching on the display it burst into life and displayed the ‘external’ conditions, having mounted it on my shed outside.

Couldn't be easier to set up or use
A big selling point of this unit is its ease of setup. Unlike my previous weather station it takes its time signal from a UK based transmitter so downloads the correct time and date automatically when the batteries (not supplied) are installed, and also automatically adjusts for the change from Summer to Winter Time or vice versa.Similarly, once the batteries are installed in the separate sensor, this automatically connects to the main unit so you quickly have access to all the information, which includes barometric pressure and moon's phase as well as the expected indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity (with trend). A manual is included to give further information, such as the process for setting an alarm. One slight problem, is that, if the included power supply cannot be used, the display only lights up when a button on top of the unit is pressed, and then only for a short time.
