LT80 Carburetor with Fuel Switch Valve Petcock Intake Manifold for Suzuki LT 80 Quadsport ATV Carb, Replace 13200-40B10 13881-40B00 by TOPEMAI

It worked on my LT80 and started right up. Used it for a month and then the overflow started dripping then just running out. I took it apart twice and double checked everything to find it still steadily leaks fuel. I’ve worked on hundreds of motorcycles and realize this carb is junk! The bowl gasket is a rubber material already shriveling up. Do not buy get a OEM overhaul kit.

I purchased this combination of parts for the air boot. The boot a had was dried up and stiff as stiff can be. The boot in this kit was flexible and easy to install. I did not use the carb pr fuel valve yet.

Had an LT80 that I was fighting tooth and nail to get running right. Cleaned the carb several times, then finally decided to look for a parts kit. Turns out that this was cheaper and came with the petcock and intake boot as well. Best money I ever spent on the little wheeler and it runs great now!

Plug an play for the most part, could’ve come with a few other intricate pieces at the throttle needle plate. But it’s been running great, we probably have about 20 hours on this carb already and have only had to adjust idle and air one good time to fine tune. Fuel Petcock also is fully functional, no leaks, no complaints.

Boot works, didn’t try the petcock, but the carb did not function properly. It worked great initially and then after a day of riding it stopped, and the adjustment screws don’t adjust anything at all unfortunately. Put another carb on and it ran good again

So I still don't have this working yet. Firstly it's slightly different than the Mikuni, but doesn't label anything so you're left with a puzzle. Sure the second time I do it everything will be easier but why not include a sheet with some freaking labels for those of us who don't do this all the time? Also the bowl free-flows, I need to find what crap they left in the needle valve from the factory. May send back.

Got this for my son's 2000 Suzuki LT80 and it has worked great with very little adjustment. Only two issues are that I wish it came with instructions, and the choke came unscrewed and almost fell out. Screwed it back in and it worked just fine.
