needed to buy this for Christmas due to the number of people coming for dinner and not having room in the oven to warm the plates, this was perfect and the plates were lovely & warm.

We needed it for fourteen plates but could only maximise at 12. But it did exactly as required and heated up the plates and kept them warm. Don’t leave them for too long or they become too hot too touch.

Needed plate warmers for when family recently came to visit. Instead of just putting pottery in the oven, when the space was required for cooking, found this idea of fabric plate warmer on Amazon. Rather like a 'small sized electric blanket' that you place pottery into and then folds over the plates etc, thus warming them. It seems such a relatively 'simple' idea, but works really well. We placed a ceramic kitchen tablet under the mat warmer just in case the heat may affect the actual kitchen work top surface, but not sure how effective this was. Worked perfectly for us, and this item is certainly one we would recommened, as it frees up oven space for cooking, and assume cheaper with the electric than using the oven for plate warming.

It folds up nicely and works really well when required. Easy to store and easy to use.

It does warm the plates eventually but takes some time !!! The plates nearer the centre get warm quicker so you have to do a bit of juggling . I would recommend as it saves space in the oven when you have a 10 or more people dining .
