Worth the work!
This is my second application from a little over a year ago. I LOVE this stuff! The high gloss lasted about 4 months, then, for another 4-5mos it had a lower shine. The last 6mos it was still great because the tires stayed a deep black, so it still looked good after washing. I go through the automatic wash every 7-10 days, then a good hand wash once a month, or so. You HAVE to scrub, scrub, scrub! The first time I had some "bald" spots where I didn't get cleaned good enough. It takes a good 5 wash and rinses, each tire. This time I did 3 additional passes even after bubbles were white and I always had some "brown" pop up. I won't lie, it's hard work, took about 5hrs from beginning to end, but I won't have to do anything to the tires again. If you want to keep the high gloss all you have to do is 1 good scrub and reapply as soon as gloss fades. I've had several friends get it, some look better than the others. The ones that didn't look good cleaned more and came out great. Scrub, scrub, SCRUB!! It's worth the time and $$!! When it's time for new tires, I'm going to bring them home first and apply Dura coat, then have them installed.

Great Product but Extensive Prep
5 ⭐️ for the Product. | 3-4 ⭐️ for the Prep.Recommendations & Tips:-Block out a good chunk of your day. Took about 5.5-6hrs (Including detailing the whole truck).-Brand New Tires scrubbed 3x (1) w/white wall cleaner for the lettering.-Keeping the tires and wheels soaked while scrubbing helps with preserving the cleaner and allowed for spraying the cleaner directly onto the tires. Didn’t effect the chrome wheels but did have a bucket of soap & water handy cleaning them in between scrubbing stages.-To save time use an Air Compressor for drying the wet tires before applying the dressing.-Take your time, apply the dressing in sections & use the air compressor to dry as you go.-Used the padded (not sponge) applicator to get a good base coat on the tires.-Used a small paint brush to get every nook and crevice. Also, helped w/preserving the dressing.-Applied around 2&1/2 coats to each tire - barely used a 1/4 of the bottle.Aside from the prep this is by far the best tire shine I’ve used so far - no sling/dry to the touch, water repellent, & pretty shiny - Very pleased/impressed with the results - Tires look great! Curious to see how long it lasts but read if you properly prep the tires the dressing will last longer. Definitely recommend this product.

Good things don't come easy..
When they say good things don’t come easy this is an exact testament to the phrase.Absolutely love the product however, your work is cut out for you. If you don’t have what it takes to do it right don’t bother because it will be a waste of money.absolutely love the product however, your work is cut out for you. Supposedly it is fully cured within 24 hours. The product result looks absolutely amazing but again it is all in the workmanship of cleaning the tires the word to the wise if you think you have very harsh chemicals that have cleaned your rims and tires until now none of them do justice compared to the Dura tire cleaner kit.

Works as advertised!
I’ve used any number of products over the years, and have been watching this, trying to find fault in it. Which I could not. Yes, it’s expensive. But after 52 years of roaming this big ball of mud, the adage is true - you get what you pay for. 32 days into the application, the tires look the same as the day I applied it. The actual application of the product is a cinch … it’s the prep work that is time consuming. IF you have anything on your tires from before. This is my daughters car, I know it came from TN, spent a little time in CA, then landed in AZ. I have no idea what others put on this set of tires before we bought it, but they were DIRTY. The advice in the videos is solid - keep applying the cleaner and cleaning until the liquid coming from the scrubbed area is white. Only then, is the tire ready for the product application. 4 rounds of cleaning on each wheel took place, this took hours. For my next vehicle, I will get the wheels off the ground so I can rotate them as I clean the tire. For this vehicle, I simply moved the car a few feet after each round of cleaning. I bought a multi car kit, and the amount of liquid I used on this application was minimal. I think I’ll run out of cleaner before I run out of dressing. Also, I used the curved / pointed sponge for the application … and I don’t think I will again. I think next time, I’ll use the pad vs the sponge, further reducing the time it takes for the job. Other than that, I’ll be fan for a while - this stuff rocks!
