Work great
Took me about 3 hours to install. Fan blows pretty hard at three. Not too loud. Would recommend if your looking for a cheaper option. Only had to cut two holes. Everything you need is provided.Might recommend a splitter to make two defrost vents.

Printed instructions are needed to install.
Installation is pretty straight forward with printed instructions. You need a template in the instructions to drill the holes for the coolant lines in the correct place. I went to the website to download and print. All the correct parts were in the box. Heater works well, the fan is really powerful. Looks decent installed and $900+ dollars cheaper that a factory unit.

Great product
This was easy enough to install, although there is NO WAY a 3" tube is going through the dash for the defroster. At least not that I could find. But the heat is great.

Good value
Good value, with that being said, I had to take everything apart 2 times because the new fittings that tie in the heater to the stock hoses wouldn't seal. The kit gives one hose clamp per side, which didn't work. So I doubled up on each side of the bigger hoses and that did the job. Other than that, pretty good value, considering the can am hvac unit it $1200.
