Hi there, Yes I usually melt for a few seconds in a microwave, or you can use the bowl over a saucepan of water method, and then you can either use as an ingredient or a topping , coating etc , because they are like mini chocolate buttons they melt quicker than breaking up chunks of ordinary chocolate.
