It was exactly what I expected.
I received the book on time and in perfect condition. After reading it I can say that it is very informative with many pictures. Exactly what I wanted to learn about this technique.

A master, yet difficult to implement
The idea is amazing. The book is beautiful to read and skim through. The doctor is a master of masters. Yet the process would be difficult to implement in a regular practice. This would be due to over complicated process, and lack of support (there are absolutely no classes in the US).
