Superior Cast Iron
I’ve been buying a number of cast iron from other companies on Amazon, however this one is far superior. I love that it’s a little lighter but very sturdy and cooks very quickly. I’m impressed and I hope this company makes more sizes of this great cast iron pan. I also love that it is square and it’s very easy to clean. A winner of a pan!

Bacon Fits Better.
I like this better than my round pans.Bacon fits better, other foods seem to fit better as well.I'm now using on my new Induction and it heats pretty evenly.

Great Pan
Could not find a Lodge anywhere. I settled for this one. I had a Lodge I left in a house we moved out of. This skillet has a smoother finish than the Lodge. I did however used an orbital sander to knock down the high spots and seasoned it in the oven 4 times. It seems to be ready to go. The casting seems to be perfect. At the least it’s as good as the Lodge. I’m happy
