I've been taking these pills so long, I'm not sure when I started. Helps my hip joints tremendously. Tried going off them, big mistake.

Taken every night. Helps seems like i do not wake as much to go to the bathroom. I sleep a bit better, not waking as much.

High Blood pressure has affected my Kidneys. Hope to nourish them for improvement.

I've been suffering from gout for ten years. I usually get 4-5 gout flare ups a year.Last time I got a gout attack, I was in bed for 3 months.I couldn't understand why I was getting gout attacks one after another on both legs and feet. It was the first time this was happening. I wasn't drinking alcohol or sugary drinks or foods high in purines, yet, I was having these nasty attacks for 3 months.Until one day, I figured out the trigger of my gout was the water I was drinking. I've always drank purified water, but for a reason I'm not going to discuss, I started drinking tap water. There's something in tap water that was triggering those nasty gout attacks.After drinking good water the gout stopped. Then I found out about this product, which I've been taking for a year now. So far, I haven't even had the usual 4-5 gout flare ups.
