Easy to use for threading the yarn for the punch tool in tufting. Not sure how sturdy it would be for a large hank of hair to pull through though. There's a small twist at the tip which might pull hairs. It works great for the tufting system!

These are quite a bit more sturdy than I imagined them to be. I use micro beads to attach my extensions, and the twist at the end makes it harder to pull through the tiny center. I used regular sized beads for a clients hair, and the tool worked amazing. After a little pinching and untwisting with needle nosed pliers, I got them to work with my micro beads as well. Just something to keep in mind if using micro beads. The tool didn't break even though I used a bunch of force prior to making the tweaks with the pliers. Over-all I'm pleased with the purchase.

I use these for threading my rug tufting machine. They're the perfect size and flexibility.

These are great threaders for using with a spinning wheel. They are malleable enough to fit into the smallest holes in a diz and flexible enough to fit through my orifice on my wheel. I suggest to vendor also list this item for arts and crafts, spinning.
