Reduces my sugar cravings
I've read a lot about chromium picolinate and its supposed qualities in helping control blood sugar. I've read some articles that say it does help, some that say it does not. I can only say that I have tried it, I do not have diabetes but I love sugar and find it hard to resist sweet things. Since starting to take this supplement my sugar cravings have dropped dramatically. I've read articles that say this kind of reaction is imagined, but I didn't get to take this supplement for a weekend and I noticed a difference, the sugar cravings were back and I couldn't figure out why until I realized that I hadn't taken the supplement. That wasn't imagined, that was physical.I don't know if this works for everyone but it does squash my cravings, which seems to in turn suppress my appetite. I take one tiny pill a day. Again, I don't know if everyone would react to this supplement the same way, but unlike any other supplements I have taken before, this one's effect was palpable.

It’s good for diabetes 2, high cholesterol, and hyperactivity. Some people have deficiencies of vitamins and minerals. We need all micronutrients for optimum health. Blood tests help me to find out deficiencies or problems.

Fat Burner???
Taken it a long time. Supposed to burn fat. At 71, I weigh 167 and I was 160 in 1961. Maybe tennis about 3 - 4 times a week since 1970 is the real fat burner...
