Fisher Space Pen Bullet Pen, Ballpoint, Black Ink, Gold Lacquered Brass, Gift Box

Somehow I lost my old black Bullet Space Pen, and I decided to try this brass one as a replacement. I like it very much. It quickly develops the patina and looks like a well-aged tool. Fits so easily in my pocket that I don't know it's there (or if it falls out, haha). If you dig it, you dig it.

Beautiful pen, the raw brass shows more and more color the longer you use it. It polishes up nicely to start over again! A number of fantastic ink carts, I use the burgundy medium with my Rite-In-the-Rain notebook. Will actually write on wet paper, smoooth ballpoint action! The cap needs more aggressive force to keep in place than the traditional Space Pen, but it’s easy to get used to. Best Bullet Space Pen! Raw brass!

Stylish and durable, nice compact size. This is the only pen I've been able to carry in my pocket without it either getting damaged, leaking or the cap coming off. The one I have I've used or several years now, this one I ordered as a gift.

It writes pretty well, like a regular good pen. Not nearly as well as my Mont Blanc. I’m not taking it into space, or writing upside down on grease, like Fisher says is possible. It is a beautiful pen though, and for that reason I love it. It fits nicely and unobtrusively in my jeans pocket, making it easy to take it with me wherever I go. But really, the high point is that it is such a beautifully designed pen. Well worth the $30.
