Easy to install. Even for YOU!!
Perfect replacement. I’m just a mom and I guess the dryer died this morning. I suspected the heating element, and ordered it , Amazon delivered it a few hours later! Even with no instruction, it was very easy to know where everything went. They made it so simple that a non-professional could do it. Success!!! Huge difference from the old one.

Arrived on time and included correct parts.
This kit arrived on time and included the correct parts to repair a Kenmore 600 series dryer. If you have an issue with the dryer not heating up, all you need to repair it is a multimeter, the correct size socket to remove the back cover of the dryer, and the relays , heating element, and so forth. Kit is affordable and beat the cost of the appliance repairman if you can you can use simple tools. Kit includes all relays and fuses to replace all in back of dryer.

Quick delivery, easy to install.
Contains 5 parts to repair the entire dryer basically. All of the timing fuses, heating unit, main fuse, all super easy to replace with a couple of YouTube videos. Took an hour to install all the parts and it’s like brand new. Glad I went this route instead of paying $600 for a new dryer.

Broke after 3 months
Edit: messaged seller and got a replacement. Great support and hoping this one last longer than the last one.Easy install and worked great for 3 months and now it’s broken. Would not recommend for long term fix.

Not as good as OEM, and had burn marks on the element after only six months.
I got this because it was a good price, and it’s also a kit that contains both thermostats and the thermal fuse. The parts all fit, and looked and fit like the old parts, and I thought all was well.Unfortunately, six months later, my wife was telling me that the clothes weren’t drying well, and it was taking several cycles to dry them, even with the dryer set for high heat. We normally just leave it on medium heat. So the first thing I would think of is that the dryer exhaust to the outside of the house might be clogged, but I clean that religiously with a telescoping brush and a drill every fall, whichI just did last September.I decide to replace this element with an OEM part, and I’m glad I did. The element I bought here on Amazon still had continuity, but there were charred burn marks on half of the backing plate behind the element coils. See photo. There were also a little bits of char granules on the bottom of the dryer casing underneath where the heater element is open to air. That shouldn’t be happening, especially after just six months. I tested it for continuity, and it passed, with about 10 ohms resistance, so there’s no break in the coils, but obviously something isn’t right with them either. I’ll be sticking with the OEM dryer heating element going forward.I did use my electric leaf blower to blow out the exhaust tube connection for the house just to make sure there weren’t any obvious obstructions, and nothing came flying out of the other side, so as best I can tell, that’s clear. I’ll run the brush through again this summer unless we’re still having problems after changing the element.Bottom line, it works, but not as good as the original manufacturers part, and the burn marks are concerning for a possible safety issue.
