Great Tape
Functional: Holds better than other tapes I have used. Stickiness: I can even re-use it after a shower. Durability: It does not fray so much or as quickly as other tapes. Value: It costs no more than the others I have used. Color: blends into my very white skin nicely.

The most spectacular Physical Therapy tape made
I’ve tried to write this review three times and Amazon kicks it out so I can’t really tell you how wonderful this is. It takes away pain the moment you put it on I’m not AI. I’m not a bot. I’m not a paid reviewer, but I’d like you to know that this really works for SI joint pain. It lasts up to five days for me if I shower rather than take a bath.

Helpful pregnancy-pain solution
I am writing this review because I bought and used the product for a purpose I didn't see mentioned - pregnancy. I have two torn lumbar discs and a large (3") ventral hernia along the abdominal midline and am suffering from symphysis pubis dysfunction/diastasis of the symphysis pubis, which is a really painful condition involving loosened pelvic joints and instability while pregnant. (Thanks, hormones. ;)) All that said, I have a lot of pain in the belly, back, and pubic bone in the last half of pregnancy.I purchased this tape initially thinking I could use it to support the abdominal wall in the area of abdominal hernia which comes under a lot of wear and tear as the baby grows and kicks in that area. (In my prior pregnancies, it the hernia ripped further on several occasions when the baby kicked hard in that area.) When I got the tape, I crossed it in front of the umbilicus to serve this purpose, and it has helped that problem tremendously.I have also used the tape to create belly support, using two strips that cross underneath the belly and wrap up my sides onto my back. There are a few examples on the internet if you research "pregnanyc kinesio taping." VN player, Kerri Walsh, did something similar in her last pregnancy, and I found a couple other helpful models, as well. I am now 28 weeks and will not think of skipping the tape, as it helps alleviate my back tremendously. In fact, the day I took it off for an abdominal ultrasound, I was in so much pain I could barely walk until I realized I had not put the tape back on. I am still in a good deal of pain but am far more functional with the tape on than off. Finally, as a comment on this particular brand and function of tape, A+. I have only used Rock Tape and KT Tape brands, but this one is superior in its stay-on-ability and its stretch/movement with the body. I like the beige as I am wearing it across a prego belly and don't need the extra splash of color. I would advise to anyone using it on themselves to research taping methods and the mechanics of its stretch (when to stretch or not stretch it based on your need and placement) so that you get good results.

Good for its commendable performance especially intense workouts.
I appreciate the RockTape Original 2-Inch Water-Resistant Kinesiology Tape for its commendable performance in providing support during intense workouts, But I have mixed sentiments about its adhesive durability. While it excels in water resistance, My husband expressed concerns regarding the tape's longevity and its ability to maintain optimal adhesion over extended periods, and it urged prospective buyers like me to weigh these factors carefully before making a purchase decision on Amazon.

Best KT tape on the market!
I used to use regular KT tape brand. But it never lasted more than a couple days, and would start rolling at the edges, even when rounded. I have multiple things going on with my right knee, torn meniscus, strained or torn ACL/PCL. The KT tape just wouldn't stay on long enough and it is too expensive to replace every day. I switched to Rocktape, and it does ROCK! Lasts through showers, sweating, and days of wear. I change it after the 4th day regardless, for hygienic reasons, and I feel it probaby starts to loose some of the elasticity after 4 showers.. These pics are on day 4, after showers and drying. I also have somewhat sensitive skin, and this extra strong adhesive has never broken me out. Going on 3 weeks of usage, and still very happy with the support and results it is giving me. It comes with instructions for wrapping for different injuries, and support... but I looked on YouTube and found my perfect way to wrap for the complex problems I need support with right now. This tape is the best I've found yet! Highly recommended!

Strong hold, left marks
I'm hoping this roll is a fluke. I holds well, but leaves sticky residue on the skin. I've used Rock Tape for years and never had this problem. This was the first time I bought the flesh color. Normally I buy black logo.

Great value for the price. Physical therapists charge extra to tape you. Love this product
Product applies easily and lasts through showers, workouts, life, for days. Trim edges as it starts to lift. Very sticky and effective

I like the strength of the tape
I've tried different tapes from Amazon and this one seems the best. The stretch retention seems better and the strength of the stretch seems stronger. Other tapes I've tried seem like a loose rubber ban when stretched.
