Used this in making some Bulgogi beef sauce. It is a comfortable spicy, but stays with you a little after you eat it. It is a paste with a paste consistency and I used about 1/4 of the container on the sauce I made. To me, it has better flavor than others I have tried.

Really tasty, has a great color and smell. As soon as it got here I made kimchi fried rice with it, really took it to the next level! Way better than the stuff I had last time that was from a squeeze bottle. Love how much there is in the container, and the texture of it was really good.
