Authentic Hollandaise Sauce - Delouis Fils - pack of 4

IT IS DELISCIOUS AND SAVED A LOT OF WORK!

Of course, it's not like the fresh Hollandaise from Delouis Fils that I used to be able to find and buy. But I didn't expect it would be. Tasty and quality ingredients. As noted in the headline, the product was packaged extremely well by the vendor. Kudos!

This didn't taste good. Nothing like the hollandaise sauce that I've had in the past. The price is ridiculous for what you get; 4 tiny jars. It would take multiple jars to serve a small family breakfast. I won't be buying this again.

I love Eggs Benedict. Finding a decent hollandaise is hard. I tried making my own, but the eggs always curdled. I’d tried package mixes, but they didn’t cut it. I finally tried Delhi’s Fils. It was perfect. It’s pricey, but worth it.Don’t try to microwave this as it will curdle. You need to scoop out the amount you need into a small glass bowl and heat it in a pan of hot water, or use the warming burner on your stove.

Too sour! Tastes like vinegar.

Flavor wasn’t great. Knorr Swiss package much bette and u can buy it anywhere

I have tried a number of different jarred/canned hollandaise sauces and this is the best that is currently available. It has an excellent texture and a nice tangy bite to it, though it seems to lack a bit of depth of flavor. It heats up easily in a microwave.

My title says it all. The sauce was good, I've made hollandaise before, and had it made for me,I think it had the right amount of lemon. You won't know until you try it for yourself, will you?I would say try it, I have eaten many well made dishes, as well as poorly made ones. I have 3 jarsleft, at the rate we eat hollandaise, it's going to last, and we may or may not repurchase, one musttry new things-
