Have tried posting an honest review but keeps saying can’t be posted for some reason so I’ll try again , yes it arrived kinked but yes it did work fine.

Good quality compared to other cheap ones i have bought recently. This has decent quality hose pipe and the primer is sturdy with solid connectors. Used it with to prime my car Engine after fuel filter change (mk2 focus) . Pipe that comes with it is 10mm total width and 8mm inner diameter roughly.

Very prompt despatch and arrival. The tubes and bulb are of good quality but the suction generated by squeezing the bulb repeatedly when getting started is only enough for a lift of about 4 cm . I needed a larger lift than this so had to prime the flow by hand-filling the inlet tube with fluid.

- too short- hose diameter is tiny- bulb fitting diameter is even smaller- adds up to something not fit for sucking out large volumes of liquid like fuel. The flow is so slow. The hose is also really poor quality and flimsy with some kinks that came at delivery that won’t go away and re kink at the first opportunity.Might be ok for draining a fish tank or a cup of tea but not much else. I would suggest someone needing this product buys a 12mm priming bulb (£10 for 2) and some reinforced 12mm I.D hose (£10) and makes a proper one of these.

The merchandise arrived on time and in good condition. I found this item to be as described and of very good construction. It is easy to use and its price is also reasonable. A good addition to my tools.

The product itself is fine, but don't expect it to do what is shown in the photograph. It seems, after a bit of research, that most modern cars are fitted with an anti-siphon valve/device to stop things like this working and they do it very effectively. I'm sure it's fine for other uses as it worked when I tested it in the sink without a problem.
