I love the Smooth as Silk shampoo - it leaves my hair feeling silky smooth, but also clean without any residual greasiness.Just a note - I have thick, curly hair; my partner has thin, short, straight hair; my mom has thin, wavy hair; it works for all of our hair types.I enjoy the the scent. It's like a nice light grapefruit scent but isn't overwhelming at all, and I'm typically sensitive to any added fragrance. The thickness of the shampoo is nice, it pours in a ribbon so it is easy to transfer into other bottles.The gallon jug lasts my household well over 6 months, and that's with 4 people using it at least 2-3 times a week.The value, quality, results, scent, and consistency are unmatched. I have been thrilled with all the GIOVANNI products I've tried. I will be buying over and over again!

The large capacity makes it easy to buy new ones less often.It is easy to make foam and I feel it has high cleaning power. On the other hand, it does not react with my skin and I have no problem using it. It is good because it doesn't have the harsh smell that is typical of shampoos on the street. I will probably repeat this again when I run out.

Great price for this economy size. I feel like I'm at the salon with the lather, richness and smell. I would recommend this product for hair health. Nevertheless, I am opting for a low to no suds shampoo for my next purchase.

This shampoo is very moisturizing in my experience. It's a bit spendy, but buying the large size helps with that. The one drawback with the formulation is that it doesn't lather as well as commercial shampoos. But this may be a fair tradeoff for being Lauryl & Laureth Sulfate free.

It is the only product that I have found and I have used the big name brands out of LA to no avail. This product takes any dryness out of my hair from over processing. It came timely with no problems. Great value. Makes my hair shiny and fluffy.

I have very fine, slightly wavy hair, and I rarely use conditioners or styling products because they weigh my hair down. Giovanni Smooth as Silk leaves my hair silky but flat and limp, as if I'd used conditioner. I think I will save this shampoo for the warmer months when I start swimming again and need that extra conditioning to combat the chlorine. It lathers better than some other sulfate-free shampoos I've tried, and the citrus and lemongrass scent is pleasant.The best organic, daily use shampoo I've found for my fine hair is Kiss My Face Miss Treated Shampoo Parabn Free (1x11 OZ).
