Product is well-made but isn't a good solution for me
I’m giving this 5 stars because it’s well-made. It’s solid and very easy to assemble (about 5 minutes). The base is heavy. The product is not flimsy or cheaply-made at all. However, I’m going to give it away or do something else with it. I don’t want to use this as a solution for my shoes anymore. The first problem is that when you fill it up with shoes, it’s an eyesore. All you can see are the soles of the shoes. They’re dirty, stained, and have crud picked up from the street or other outside places that’s trapped in the treads. It’s not a pretty sight. Even if I were inclined to spend a lot of time continually cleaning the bottoms of my shoes, they still look dirty. If there’s a very spacious closet (see below) or good room in your home that’s closed off to visitors, maybe that would be an okay place to put this. Perhaps it would work better for high-heeled shoes or shoes only worn indoors. All my shoes are worn outdoors. They’re all ugly on the bottom. The second problem is that it requires a lot of room. I haven’t been able to find a good place to put it. When filled up with shoes, it’s bigger than it appears in the pictures. If you’re going to able to freely spin the levels to get to all the shoes, it needs additional room all the way around. If it doesn't have enough room, the tiers won't spin and shoes will get knocked off. I haven’t found a closet or anywhere else where it won't be in the way of something. Even in the garage, it’s going to be in the way no matter where it's placed.I’m going back to the way I kept my shoes before. Perhaps it’s not as organized as using this device, but the old way works better for me.

Very nice, sturdy, solid metal display stand or organizer. Adjustable racks
Stable, functional, sturdy, great size, inexpensive and easy to use. I used it to display handknitted hats at a artist market. It worked very well for a last minute solution. Has good stablility, and easy to organize stuff on it. Sturdy metal and has adjustable rack heights.

Horrible quality control - broken in less than 6 months
Bought this for my husband to store his sneakers in the garage. He filled it up and it started to get wobbly only a few months in. Less than 6 months later the weak point of the structure (the bottom of the trunk to the heavy base) finally broke away. Of course it's past the return/exchange policy and there is zero warranty or support info available. DO NOT BUY
