Love these! Great to keep near my chair as a little snack. Only problem is everyone else in the house sees them. 🤭 First time having the snickerdoodle flavor. Vert tasty! It is a little pricey but not something I’ll buy regularly. It’s a treat when I get them. Box came in smashed but not bad. Soon cookies were smashed but wasn’t putting them out for guests. Otherwise they were fresh and tasty. Just the right amount of filling. Great with hot coffee, tea or cocoa

We used the Rip Van Wafels Snickerdoodle Mini Stroopwafels at a recent trade show, and they were a hit! The mini size was perfect for guests stopping by our booth — easy to grab, individually packaged, and just the right bite. Beyond the convenience, they were genuinely delicious. A great option for events where you want to offer something unique and memorable.

Hm, I didnt notice that I was purchasing Snickerdoodle and not the more traditional stroopwaffle flavor of vanilla caramel. Oh well.Very much cinnamon forward. It is snickerdoodle after all, so not surprised there. Personally prefer these with some coffee. Not something I want to gobble down, so I rather like the small size and individual wrapping.Texture it ok. Light chew, slightly dry. Not all that sweet. Kinda nice for a change. Small disks, individually wrapped. If the wrapping is an issue look for the ones loose in a bag, or go with bigger disk size. Find the option that works for you. Why complain when you know that is what you ordered?I ordered a box of the vanilla caramel and am hoping that those have the taste I am looking for. I will be using those as well as these Snickerdoodle ones as part of a treat themed Christmas gift.

I'd rather give 9-9.5/10 for a few of reasons:1) can be expensive per stroopwafel if bought at full price2) reminds me more of a mix of cookies and creme Pop Tarts for after taste, but initial texture and flavor that resembles a blend of cookies and creme & chocolate fudge3) they're small...and it makes me want more (good problem to have)Now for the good:These are delicious.Absolutely fantastic.They're adorable and cute.35 cals...... there's no guilt eating these whatsoever (coming from a man who has a MAJOR sweet tooth and lost 90 lbs and has kept it off for over a year, at this point)If you get these on sale, DO IT. I haven't had anything shy of fantastic from the Rip Van brand.Tl;dr delicious little snacks. Buy them.

These wafers are a nice alternative to oreos or any other cookie, like they list in the product images. BUT, $22 for 32 TINY cookies and therefore only 10 servings is just ridiculous. I bought them because I wanted to try them but I will not buy them again. Definitely recommend if you are trying to lose weight and sweet snacks are your absolute weakness

We were looking for a snack product that had low carbs and mostly clean ingredients. Someone recommended these and I ordered them not expecting much. These are so delicious that my husband is consuming them at a rapid pace. He always ask me to re-order them. These were a great find! 4 stars because one of our packages had several loose unwrapped cookies in it.
