JINX Minecraft Digging Removeable Wall Cling Decal Sticker for Kids Room

This is a quality decal that, while slightly difficult to place due to its size and separation of some parts (the Minecraft Logo and a portion of the bottom), should last a long time. My boys, who like many children that have been sucked into the swirling vortex of Minecraft obsession, are delighted by it. Even weeks after application, they still occasionally stop when entering their room to admire it, which is high praise from young children who rarely stop for anything short of Angry Mom Voice or threats of "daddy coming up here."The design is very clever, and while close-up doesn't appear that spectacular, can really be appreciated when viewed from a distance of 10 feet or more. Even with some minor glare with interior lights, the 3D effect is impressive at range, visually appearing to be a hole in our wall that Steve has industriously been excavating. An added bonus is the Creeper in the background and the Creeper Block in the foreground; they sere as excellent targets for Nerf guns.Normally I am hesitant to recommend themed decals, as children's tastes change rapidly, but Minecraft has that rare, perhaps unfortunate, quality in its variety that really hooks kids. It is the video game version of Girl Scout Cookies, or chocolate, or that song from Frozen that my friend's little girl sings over and over again, prompting dreams of scientists creating a human mute button, that I could tape down on the remote I surely would keep handy. Yes, I know the name of the song, but won't mention it here, for fear of conjuring it as one would Beetlejuice or Bloody Mary. Anyway, it appears Minecraft love is timeless, and since the game sparks creativity alongside that obsession, I'm not worried about having to take down this decal anytime in the next 5 or 10 years.

This decal was the perfect addition to our Minecraft room. I read the reviews and was nervous about getting it to stick, but figured if all else failed, I could spray glue it to posterboard.. No need!! I heated the wall with a hair dryer before applying and rubbed to to adhere with my fingertips and a flat tool for bubbles. It's still up no signs of peeling months later! My only recommendation would be to have 2 people tackle the job. It is a rather large decal and was finding myself almost ripping it a couple times in spots trying to remove from the backing. Also to heap with keeping it from sticking to itself before adhering to the wall. So glad I purchased it!

I very hesitantly bought this decal for my Minecraft-crazed 6-yr old. The reviews were so awful that I wasn't expecting much. To my surprise, the decal ended up being much better than I thought. Yes, it was thinner material than decals we've used in the past, but it didn't rip and it stuck to my son's wall beautifully. It's been up for a few weeks now without any problems. The only issue was that it was very wrinkled/creased in one spot where it was folded, and while it's flattened out a great deal while on the wall, it's still a little noticeable. But it's not a huge deal. Overall, we're very happy with this purchase.

Over the years we have done A lot of wall stickers (3 boys with changing passions). Some are better than others but we have always made them work even if they needed a little extra adhesive. This is the first sticker I have wanted to a ball up and throw away (or set on fire out of frustration and rage!)The adhesive doesn’t stick at all. Wall was prepped (another brand right next to it stuck perfectly). We kept reapplying pressure, and I used additional adhesive on the corners once I realized it wasn’t going to stop peeling. Then we left for the day. We came back to the sticker on the floor, stuck to itself in a big mess. I carefully peeled it but it is all crinkled now and I ended up having to put tack on the edges to get it to stay. So it basically looks like a cut out poster on the wall (that is wrinkled). I would throw it away but my 5 year old wants it so bad and there are no other wall decals with Steve, so I will live with it.I think the biggest problem stems from the tiny bottom piece that they print separately (for no apparently reason other than it probably saved them money). That piece peels the fastest and takes the big piece right along with it. If you can get away with it, don’t apply that piece... or better yet, convince your child they like Star Wars; they make much better stickers!!

Was not 100% sure if this was going to stick onto my son's wall as other clings have fallen down. It stuck really well and looks great alongside the theme of his room. Decently sized and felt like good material. Only down side is it stunk of vinyl in his room for a few hours and once you place it, it is REALLY difficult to remove if you need to adjust it on the wall.

This is one single piece! Most large wall stickers will come broken up like a puzzle to be put together. Not this one. My son was gifted this sticker and when I tried to put it up for him (by myself) I ended up with a big ball of sticky trash. I was forced to order a new one for him. If you do decide to order this sticker I'd suggest a second pair of hands to help keep it from sticking to it self. If it even touches together a little bit there's no saving it. Honestly I'm a bit worried the strength of the glue is going to rip the paint off my wall once it's time to remove it. I've hung my fair share of wall stickers, big and small. This one is a pain, but it looks nice and made my son happy.3 stars based on size and picture quality. Lost stars based on difficulty on hanging.

Product arrived on time, was as described in information/pix, easy to apply, and works well. Does not adhere well a second time if removed. Kids love it.
