Needed a 6 inch Phillips screwdriver, not supplied . Allen key needs to be longer . Hence 4 star for assembly. Otherwise really pleased with product. Thought of painting it , but it looks nice as it is .Would recommend. Could be assembled by one person. Very sturdy . Looks equally nice without armrests.

Delivery arrived within 2 days. Really easy to put together, only needed another person to hold either end when putting in the first couple of screws. All the holes lined up so only took ten minutes.Really solid bench, comfortable to sit on and looks great in my garden. Well worth the cost

It is a good looking comfortable bench if you follow the instructions about not tightening bolts until they are all in it is easy to put together nice and strong and it is very comfortable to sit on could not be happier with it

Takes a bit of jiggling to get the screws in, but I'd read a previous review that advised not to tighten screws until all of them were in and was prepared. Really sturdy bench and surprisingly comfy to sit on without a cushion. Good quality and worth the money, even though there are cheaper benches out there, they are not as well made. At least you know this bench is going to last and not fall apart at the first gust of wind!

This bench was just what I wanted - to sit out in my garden over the summer.The assembly was easy, all pieces were pre-drilled and all necessary screws and bolts were provided.One of the features which pleased me was that when I was assembling it, every single screw slotted precisely into the pre-drilled holes, which shows it is a good, well designed product and the manufacturers obviously didn't want customers sending goods back because of poor workmanship.I'm very pleased with this bench and will buy another for a relative.

This is one of the sturdiest benches I've ever bought. It was easy to put together and looks really classy. It's been sitting outside all winter and still looks new. It is quite heavy to lift but this does make it very stable. I'm very pleased with it and would highly recommend it.
