Purpose Dual Treatment Moisture Lotion with SPF 10, 4 Ounce Bottle

I was looking for a bland, fragrance free, simple moisturizer for after some laser skin treatments I had done on my face. A few were suggested to me and this one had the best reviews so I thought I’d give it a try. This is working very well, the consistency I really like because it’s not too heavy or greasy and absorbs into the skin nicely without leaving any white trace. I also have a tendency to break out with anything and this has not broken me out at all. I’m in my 50s and I will continue to use this even after my skin has healed because it’s working so nicely. Very impressed. Price point is fantastic.

I have actually been using purpose face moisturizer for decades, it used to come in a square glass bottle. The spf has varied over the years. I recommend it for young skin, ie, teens, because it is light, non comedogenic, is not an "old lady" face moisturizer, has sun screen in it, which if you are using other acne treatments, some can make skin more sensitive to sun. It has been a consistently good product, and although often hard to find in less populated areas, is worth sticking with. I am not a person of color, so I can't speak to causing paleness or grayness to skin. It does rub in well, and so I would guess not, as some sunscreens can, but can't say for sure.

You know, they sell many moisturizers for lots of money but this one works quite well! 'Purpose' brand is always recommended to us from our dermatologist, and he wouldn't do that unless it was good!I use it every day as I am a Sexton at our local cemetery, and I never have a sunburnt face. I really love this product and it is not greasy or smelly. Just good lotion for an affordable price!

My Dermatologist recommended this lotion years ago for my facial moisturizer. I use it morning and night. I get compliments on my skin at 72.

I’ve been using this for 25 years and it is perfect. Feels creamy yet lightweight, makes my skin look fresh and dewy, no unpleasant smell and has just a bit of sunscreen (too much in a daily moisturizer I find to be irritating). I love it and will use nothing else.

I've been using this product for 7 or more years. I can't remember exactly how long. My usual stores that I purchase this in haven't had it in stock, so to Amazon it was! The price here was better than brick and mortar stores, and of course not having to actually go into public to purchase it was a plus.The product itself is great! I have very sensitive skin, and the is non comedogenic and never clogs my pores or causes breakouts. I used to live in the Pacific Northwest, then we moved to Central Texas. This product has worked well in both climates. Non greasy and light to the touch. I appreciate not having to add another sunscreen for daily use, however I do still add another is spending a bit of time in the sun.

Great moisturizer for facial use.

I have worn this moisture lotion for many years, ever since I heard about it during a presentation by a dermatologist who recommended it. I believe it is every bit as good if not better than the high priced moisture lotions in department stores. I love the consistency of it that goes on smoothly and the fact that it does have protective sunscreen in it. I, like many others, was confused when I noticed the SPF 15 designation was no longer on the boxes and I searched for it, thinking the SPF 10 might be an older or different version. In reading some of the reviews by others, I now understand that maybe the lotion was always SPF 10 while the box said it was higher. While a little disappointed that I'm not going to get SPF 15 from this product, I will nevertheless continue to use it, because I believe in the quality and results of the product. I also love the fact that this lotion is unscented. I have never understood why most cosmetics, anti-perspirants, and lotions need to be so heavily fragranced - with each scent battling for supremacy. This lotion does not cause blemishes for most users and will help keep your facial skin smooth and supple if you use it under your makeup daily and avoid sun exposure. (I also use it on my neck .) Because it's getting hard to find in the stores, I will continue to buy it from Amazon.
