Miracle worker
Okay, dads, let's be real. Sometimes, the only way you're getting any sleep is with a little help. Advil PM? It's not a miracle worker (my kids still have a sixth sense for when I finally fall asleep), but it takes the edge off. My aching back from carrying toddlers and my racing brain from thinking about all the things I forgot to do? Quieted down just enough for me to maybe get a few hours of shut-eye. Four stars. It helps, but it hasn't yet figured out how to make my kids sleep through the night. That, my friends, is a quest for another day.
