Hurray for no more magnesium headaches!
I was advised by the doctor to start taking folic acid as my levels were extremely low. I've tried 4 or 5 different brands and had to stop taking them all because I'm intolerant to magnesium stearate which is added to almost every vitamin and supplement, and gives me awful headaches. I was so happy to find this brand, with no added rubbish. I've been taking for almost 60 days and we're getting along brilliantly! They are expensive compared to others, but I'll pay more for headache free living.
