The best Tadama
I love this product! I’m Greek and that’s all I buy!

Product container loose. Untrustworthy product. Will throw out.
Even though it was well wrapped in bubble wrap, there was oil on the lid when I opened the package. I found that the lid was loose, and the product leaking out. I will have to throw this product out as I don’t trust it in it’s leaking condition.

Very enjoyable on crackers!
I like the taste: I can detect a light "anchovy flavor" in the background (although, there is no anchovy in this product!). Maybe, it is because of the fish eggs. Usually, I use it on crackers, when I still want to eat something, but not "eat a lot".

Authentic, delicious, and effectively packaged.
This is delicious Taramoslata, which is a treat treat that brings me happily to my roots. me. My Greek mom made it for holidays and to serve with other Greek appetizers when guests came over. She made it with care and it was great, so my standard is high.Krinos makes the grade. This version has no starches in it, so it's fine for keto diets is you aren't counting calories. Drizzle it with lemon. Yum.And kudos to the seller: the glass jar comes within a week, wrapped in bubble wrap, surrounded by ice packs, which is wrapped all around in cold-insulated bubble wrap, securely placed in a small sturdy box. You don't have to worry about breakage unless a truck drives over it. Given that for most products this much packaging would be overkill, in this case it is an excellent solution to shipping a glass jar full of a luxury product that must be kept cold.Highly recommended.

Not what I expected, but still good
Arrived unbroken and sealed.I was looking for something closer to Ikra, so the taste wasn’t quite what I expected—but it was still pretty good.Texture was nice, and I think people who enjoy Greek-style spreads would like it.

arrived damaged
I ordered two-received 1 smashed into 20+ pieces and a third one with the lid off. As this is one of my favorite snacks I am very disappointed with the shipment. I hope you will make good on this because I do want to order it again. Barbara Garrett

Great customer service
I've bought Krinos taramosalata regularly on amazon, with various customer service experiences. This one was far and away the best. Time between the order and delivery was shorter and more reliable than for past orders. Packaging was simple rather than layers upon layers of completely ineffective insulation. Instead the glass jar was surronded by packing peanuts. Concerned that they were made of styrofoam, I e-mailed Parthenon Foods to ask what they are made of, and received an immediate reply-biodegradable corn.As far as the product itself, it's a spread, not primarily fish roe so I won't complain that the mayonnaise-like base dilutes the taste and texture of the taramo. The cost of a spread is much less than pure fish roe would be, an acceptable compromise.

Basically mayo and fish eggs
I tried this out since a lot of people recommended it to me because I like mediterranean food. So far it's okay but if you're not used to it, it tastes weird. It's basically mayo and fish eggs and is best to be served with salad or something heavy but still not a big fan. I'm a weirdo and ate this with bread loaves and it's alright on a thin layer but too thick and it's a bit much. Overall, it's okay if you like it but for me will not order again.
