super reliable
Super reliable You can count on your overly priced yaktrak to arrive in a box.you can also can count on it to go on your shoe assuming you ordered the right size. But it gets even better. You can count on your yaktrak to fall apart in roughly 2 weeks time. If you have to depend on these be sure to factor about $50.00 per month into your budget for replacement yaktraks per person. Make sure you keep an ample supply on hand because you can count on these falling apart at the most inopportune time while Murphy's law is in effect in other words - always. Folks don't buy this garbage. Shop around a little. You'll easily find a better product. In fact you would be better off going to your local Dollar store, getting yourself some heavy duty rubber bands and paper clips, sit down at your kitchen table and in no time at all you will make a much better quality set of cleats that are at least made in the U.S.A. Lastly WHAT A RIPOFF! Probably cost around $3.00 to manufacture (including packaging) and sold to you with an 800% markup. Buyer be more than aware save yourself the insult and the fall on the ice that's part of the guaranteed you get with your expensive yaktraks . Now that you're an educated consumer hopefully you are smarter than me and will never waste your hard earned dollars on garbage like yaktraks.

Keeps you standing upright not slipping down the hill
Fairly certain these kept my hubby and I from breaking our hips this past winter with all the ice that we had. The temperature never got high enough for the ice to melt and we could no longer walk on the ground LOL. They are very easy to put on our boots or our shoes. They are also very easy to remove. Great value for the price.

Would reccomend
Bought a set for my 80 year old father and I this past winter. Feels funny walking on them and a little rough to put on shoe.BUT!!!! These saved us both from slipping and falling in reccord ice in the midwest

Great to have!
These bad boys WORK! Great value for you money, helps you walk on chronically under treated streets and sidewalks after a storm. Fits perfect, hasn't rusted yet!

They work for us
We had a crippling ice storm in February '25 and we already had a pair of these from a previous purchase. We are both in our 70s, and we were able to walk with confidence (and a walking stick) on some very slick ice. My wife even bought a pair for a friend of hers in their 80s. If you want to be the least bit mobile in slick and icy conditions, these will work, if you use common sense while you are out there.

Good quality
Bought before winter to ensure I wouldn’t fall and break a hip. Great quality with strong metal. Unfortunately, I broke my hip before I could use them.

Fit snuggly, Are lesser quality, without Velcro arch strap than prior product purchase.
Yak Traks are a must if your are older and have to do snow removal. Also great if you have an inclined driveway.
