If you are Keto and need a thickening agent this is It! Xanthan Gum leaves a slimy texture that is offensive. Worth every penny!

It's possible I got old stock but I won't try again, too expensive for second chance. I bought this to make jelly. It didn't thicken and I followed the advice from seller. I followed the measurements to the T. It stayed liquid and thin. Smelled old too. Really disappointed, no thickening at all. I tried couple of times too with more powder/much less liquid and it still didn't work.
