I first visited the dead sea in Israel . Used the mud on the shore line as I was in the water. It was amazing in the sunlight. I could feel my skin tightening as the mask dried under the intense sunlight. I first bought the Ahava Dead Sea mud mask in the shop by the Dead Sea. I use it once a week. It makes me look 25 years younger. People feel I have not aged. No wrinkles . I am 73 years old. I highly recommend this product

I've been looking for a reliable mud mask for a long time. AHAVA Dead Sea Mineral Mud Mask is in a small size but works well for travel. I like the feel of it and not too drying.

I did not expect the package to be so tiny. I have bought Ahava in Israel, and online. The cost for this little tube is outrageous. I will not order again. Rip off!

To the reviewers who complain about the tube being so small and not lasting, how thick are you slathering it on?? I use a pea-size amount in the shower. I blot my clean face with my towel first, so it doesn’t run all over and it’s just the right amount! I can see this lasting a month with every-other-day use.It’s mildly exfoliating if you rub it a little bit as you apply it. Don’t leave it for longer than the recommended 2 minutes because it does start to burn a bit. Maybe the salt and minerals? This has cleared up a few upcoming zits on my chin and forehead, and I notice my skin is smoother overall. I follow it up with a hydrating mask for extra nutrients!

I have combination skin that tends toward oily, but is still sensitive. It's a pain. This is one of the only masks I've ever used that doesn't itch and burn as it dries. I do a little spa treatment at home, where I wash my face, steam with eucalyptus and peppermint, use this mask, then do rose water, facial oil, and moisturizer. My skin looks glowy and has smaller pores afterward. I have heard you shouldn't use a mask right before an event. Do it like a week ahead, or on a Monday for good skin that weekend, because masks can pull impurities to the surface so you might get more blemishes for a couple days.
