YouTubers love this bag and I can’t understand why. It’s really heavy, like before you put anything in it. The zipper catches and it’s not a smooth motion opening up the main part. Someone mentioned in a video that the “vegan leather, aka pleather” is smooth like butter… not even close. For the price you pay, it’s 100% not worth it. Very disappointed.

I bought this bag Feb 12, 2020. After 3 months of infrequent use (thanks quarantine) the clip to the backpack strap broke. This is unfixable because the metal is sewn onto the strap and then you are meant to clip the strap to the Metal D Ring. The clip broke off the attachment to the strap. This is so disappointing. After spending $170 on a bag you expect it to last longer that 3 months, especially when only using it a few times.
