Ive never used any other type of Epsom salt but this one. The lavender sleep Epsom salt by Dr. Teals is amazing. The smell is so soothing and it really does help relaxe you and helps you sleep. The only thing I wish they would do is add a scooper to every bag so we can use the scooper to scoop out our Epsom salt inside of pouring it out of the bag or using our hands.The bag is almost gone because I love this brand so much.
