excelent tool.
I need a ratcheting 1/4 hex bit driver. I've bought a couple of others, but they just hold the bit in by a weak magnet, so the bit is falling out a lot & won't hold at all on some alloy bits. I had to look a lot on Amazon to find a ratcheting driver with a positve lock chuck. This one fills the bill perfectly. Ratchet woks great in either direction, shape of handle gives a good grip & it won't roll around on an uneven surface. Good, easy,, spring loaded bit chuck that holds the bit well until yor release it. Seems very good quality.

Great, if you need a precision instrument.
This is a great screwdriver. Perfect, really. I use it for maintenance of old camera lenses and I use 0 and 00 JIS points. The screwdriver fits my hand perfectly and is really a precision instrument. BTW; you might want to check which model you order. This one has a "Right/Left/All" lock which is very handy. Other models (more expensive) have a good torque adjustment. Highly recommended.

Great craftsmanship, holds up under all the pressure I can give it
Great looking and great feeling tool. Had to tighten down hose clamps really hard. This tool took 100% of my force and worked exactly as it should. Locks the bits in place so they don't fall out. I wish I had spent the money on one like this a long time ago.

En garde!
Seemingly well made, with nice tolerances and quality materials, and for the price. The handle and Wera's Rapid Adapter are the stars, here, providing great ergonomics in use. Somewhat confounding their benefits though, is the top heavy weight distribution centered around the drive selector mechanism; My guess is cast aluminum or alloy, and the internals make for a pretty heavy feel in use and a concentrated just beyond where your forefinger and thumb seat when gripping. This choice seems obviously more like an attempt at providing a sense of heft and quality at the expense of ergonomics. I think most would be pretty OK with a nice tough plastic blend or carbon fiber solution for the switch exterior, and would in no way compromise robustness or function. Personally, the cast metal selector feels more like a sword hilt than a switch - overly bulbous with a 'powder coated' look, which I personally also find looks a bit on the cheap side. Having said all that, it's working great and feels robust for anything inside the house, it's intended role, and the handle, quick release, and extra-toothed ratcheting are fantastic.

Bought this to replace the fixed hex driver handle that came on the Klein bit socket set. What a great improvement. Very high quality.
