They arrived 4 days early and look great. Packaging was good enough. 13 rooted stocks plus 20 “sticks” ready to put in soup. The 2nd picture is what I discarded. Not bad!!! I will purchase again.

Item came quick and packed well. Only issue I had is instructions on preparing for growing. Had to go back on website and hope I'm doing it right for root growth.

Lemongrass plants were ordered May 3. I received a message that product shipped May 5 to arrive May 6. Never arrived and then a message that product would not arrive until much later. Product arrived on 5/13, one week after original due date. All of the plants were all dried out and I don't know whether they will even make it as they were totally dry. I would like new plants or my money back.

I use lemongrass to keep the mosquitos away in summer. I try to almost like my patio with it, but it takes so many to do that. Instead of spending 3x+ the price for rooted stalks, I buy these in late January/early February and take the outer layer or 2 off, and stick them into a rich/loose soil mix in little 2-3" nursery pots, put them where they get a lot of light, and water frequently. By April/May I have gorgeous big lemongrass plants that'd cost me $30+ at a nursery for a less than a tenth of that cost per plant. This is my third year buying from them and I've always gotten 2-3 extra it seems. If you're buying these to grow, pay for the expedited shipping, it's totally worth it.

The lemon grass was ok, but had really seen better days. The top half was completely dried out and unusable. The bottom half was ok, but I had to peel of a few layers. Overall I hope someone figures out a better shipping system for fresh products.

I read reviews about drying out. So tried two ways to sprout and both worked. I put 3 in soil outside out of the sun - 110F outside. Put 9 in water indoors 78F All 11 are growing great. When I opened the package you could smell the lemongrass. I think if something was placed in the packaging would prevent the “slime” from shipping for 3-5 days. I just rinsed off. These are going to be good. :). For planting. 5 stars.
