I have a walkway that is crossed by three hoses. All the other hose cover products I explored were too narrow, too flimsy, or not designed for outside use. I bought one 4-foot length cord cover and lined up the hoses. The Electriduct Drop Trak Cable & Hose Protector Cord Cover - Medium - Black fit perfectly. Thank you!

I had a hard time finding something like this to cover 1/2 sealtight that i ran to a gazebo to power lights and ceiling fan. This product is plenty big enough in the center channel to cover it well. Its pretty firm plastic but will bend if enough pressure is put on it. For now it seems ok but Im anxious to see what happens to this black plastic after a year or two (or even a couple days) out in the hot sun. I expect fading which ia fine but am hoping it doesnt basically melt and lose all protective properties. It does do a good job of protecting against a trip hazard which is only reason I need aomething like this. It doesnt grip really well against concrete and would slide a bit but Im also not to concerned about that for my application. I will edit or leave a second review if my opinion of this product changes much. For now, Im cautiosly optimistic. I cut the 2nd panel to length needed using a hacksaw and used a little fire to melt the burs left behind to tidy it up a bit.

I use these cable protectors for various events from wedding receptions & ceremonies, to outdoor fairs / festivals. This product performs well for the intended application - pedestrian traffic, light vehicle traffic such as Gator & quad. Yellow color stands out well, and tends to make people look where they are walking. As others have mentioned, these protectors arrived with a small amount of warp / curl on the edges & ends. Placing these outside in the sun for an afternoon will help. These protectors will slide on smooth tile, wood, or concrete surfaces. Using gaff tape will help to secure. On carpet, these stay in place fairly well. Again, use of gaff tape for extra security. For the price, I am satisfied. Other companies that I freelance for use Yellow Jacket / Bumble Bee cable protectors. Those will support the weight of semi trucks, with a price around $300.00 and up per section. These are rated up to 900 pounds load bearing per wheel. I personally would not subject this product to that amount of weight. Again, these have performed well for me. I will purchase more in the near future.

We bought this because we charge our car across the sidewalk in Philadelphia. Putting the outlet for the charger on our house versus along the sidewalk saved us lots of time and money with permits, etc. But I don't want to cause any accidents or injuries, so we need to make sure people don't trip over the charger cord. We bought this to take care of it. It works great. Snaps together like those plastic toy bits everyone hates to step on, the channel is the perfect size for the charger cable, it's bright yellow so people can see it, and it lays smooth on the side walk so people don't trip. Worth the price and gets the job done.

Item arrived warped with the high point in the center which resulted in the item lifting up on either end as you stepped on one side of it. I had to place heavy cement pavers on either end of the plastic strip to hold it flat. Dissatisfied with the result.
