Capsules, not chewables
The pills are capsules, easy to swallow, NO CHEWING! They are much easier for me. They pack smaller than the chewable Vitamin C pills. They are a win for me.

Very happy - small, easy to swallow, and 250mg!
I need to take 250mg of Vitamin C with a medication. I am so thankful Kirkman has these 250mg capsules - lifesaver for me. It was almost impossible to find anything less than 500mg until I stumbled on the Kirkman 250mg caps - thank you Kirkman! They are small and easy to swallow, too.

Nice amount, and in capsule form
According to the Linus Pauling Institute, your body can only absorb about 250 mg dietary Vitamin C at a time. Using mega doses like 1,000 probably won't help any more. I don't know if it's true, but I imagine that capsules might dissolve better than tablets.

Small dosage for elders & small caplet easy to swallow!
These vitamin C “caplets” were the only dosage of 250mg required for my mother. The caplets were much smaller and easy for her to swallow. Thank you again to Amazon to have what I needed instead of searching high and low in & out of a bunch of stores.
