camera is compatible SDE-5001N (D1, res 704x480px). Just unplugged the old one, replaced with this one. Clear picture on my restaurant main door. Getting another one for my kitchen. Note that this type of low res compatibility cam has become hard to find.

These babies rock. Great pic quality, audio, price. Adjustability very good. Field of view is goldielocks good. Not too much, not too little...

Camera works but no sound from mic

I can't give it 5 stars, this is a very low grade plastic camera, and when I say plastic I mean like real plastic, drop it and it shatters. I have not tried the microphone out yet but I have plugged it in and noticed it does give above 600 lines of resolution, which is good, the night vision mode is pretty good as well around 30 feet IR light. You get what you pay for. Very light weight and small

Picture quality is ok not great. It says that its color in the daylight and black and white at night but mine is black and white all the time. I have mine hooked directly to a tv so I can watch my entry gate while I'm in my office. If this camera was more than 17 dollars I would be mad but its pretty much what I expected for te price.

I still haven't figured out how to get the audio working, but I'm pretty much positive that's a me problem and not a problem with the camera.The quality of the picture is quite good, both in day light and low light. The installation was simple and essentially fool proof if you're worked with these types of CCTV cameras in the past.My only critique of these is that the relay that switches on the IR LEDs makes a noticeable "click" when it's engaged and disengaged. In a garage (one of my installed locations), it's not noticeable. However, in a baby's room, it is. I realize at this price point I probably can't complain TOO much, but a solid state solution wouldn't have cost much more and would eliminate the only gripe I've got.

This is not a bad little camera. Especially for the cost. Decent night vision. Decent sound although don’t get it too close to the receiver it does have a lot of back feed through it. Other than that it’s not bad at all
