This trimmer proved very useful for my wife specially during this covid time. only this trimmer helps her to give proper shape also to her eyebrows.Built quality is very good. this is my first ever negative review of any Product ever. this Product is immensely poor and has not worked even once since the day i bought. very disheartening to see money waste like this. let me know if there is any solution or replacement available. i havent used it even once becuz it never worked.

Compact and useful for facial hairs but not up to the mark for body hairs as product claims

Using it for eyebrows and upper lip, very satisfied. Only thing is, the eyebrow comb attachment is not of much use.

We would like to return the item as it is not easy to use. We cannot find how and where to place the battery. No clear instructions mentioned. Also build quality looks sub standard. However amazon doesn't allow returns, very disappointed with both the product and amazon customer service.
