We had our HVAC company install a Carrier whole-house air filtration system to help treat severe allergies. We are very pleased with the equipment and resulting quality of air in our home, now. The Infinity filter can last up to a year but needs changing based on the individual conditions in the house in which it is installed. With the savings made via Amazon and purchased through Filters-Now as the seller, we can change our filter more often and thus keep our home safer and our allergic reactions much lower. Filters-Now packed the filter very well, kept in touch with us via email regarding accuracy of order and our satisfaction rate, it was delivered via UPS ahead of time, and it was in excellent condition. Easy to install/replace and very good savings by doing thing this way. Highly recommend Carrier Infinity and Filters-Now. Thanks ALL . . . If you are still reading this and have concerns about toxic stuff: Please also consider getting the harmful chemicals out of your water by installing a whole-house water filtration system. Have to be pro-active these days. Clean air and good water really make a difference in overall health, for the whole family.

this is the only one I can use for my a/c, so cannot compare. Seems a bit pricey however, and not sure my house is any less dusty than it was before the new a/c, with this high-end filter. Easy to see it is a more complicated, much larger filter, so I suppose that is why the high price on it. I save about $30 vs. getting it from my HVAC company, one we contracted with for 2 visits a year, they call it a charges me, so was happy to find it.Now, the a/c was high-end, also, $11 grand for one unit, largest, newest Infinity model Carrier made in 2006.

I change my filter every 6 months. (Photo) No smoking, no pet home but many days with poor air quality, or smoke from PNW fires. Filter does a great job, but man are these expensive. Original factory filters, where reviews of other brands that I've read are not so good. So, I'm biting the bullet and sticking with it.

I have bought three air filters from this company. The second filter had a slight defect (one corner was slightly dented), but not dented enough that I could not use the filter. It still fit into the furnace slot for the air filter, but I was a little disappointed with the small defect. It had been shipped in a sturdy storage box which was put into a shipping box. The shipping box was not damaged so the filter must have been slightly damaged at the company. The other two filters were of good quality. The problem with the second filter is the reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars.All three filters were a breeze inserting into the furnace slot. We have 2 cats in the house and the filter does an amazing job of catching their hair and all the other particles in the house. I have to change the filter at least every 4 months since it does such an awesome job of catching everything. I will continue to purchase them and an added bonus is that they are definitely cheaper than buying them from the HVAC company.

I've been using these filters with my Carrier HVAC for 20 years. They alway fit perfectly. Only need replacing once a year. I see others complaining about smells. I have never had that issue with these filters. I also see some say they don't fit. One even showed a picture of the filter that didn't fit. It wasn't even the filter that is being reviewed ..These are great filters at a good price.

I replace these twice a year and are cheaper than buying them from the HVAC companies
