Can women use this too?

I am a woman and this and Arm & Hammer unscented (also found in the men's section) are the only antiperspirant/deodorants I use. I'm extremely sensitive to smells and even most deodorants marketed to women still have some sort of faint scent to them. This does not. Also, very few items marketed as male or female actually have any reason to only be used by that particular gender (with the exception of items that are made for a specific biology). Generally it's just a marketing ploy and most feminine items are either inferior or overpriced, sometimes also undersized, simply because it's for a woman.

Does unscented have any type of even the slightest smell?

It has a very, very light smell but you will not notice it after a couple of minutes. Much better than all the other unscented deodorants.
