This is a very expensive diet supplement. It comes in a small container with a moisture absorption packet and a scoop. The packet did not do its job as the powder had fused into one hard clump.My wife ordered a replacement and it arrived in the same shape as the first one. If you like sucking on rocks to lose weight or just need a new pet rock, then this is the product for you.

I love this product. It gives me a lot of energy throughout the day. I started taking a scoop per day as recommended on the fine print. I add it to my morning HUEL protein shake and taste good to me. I'm not picky when it comes to flavor, but this one was a good chocolate taste compared to other products in the market. I also have added to my morning coffee and it gave it a good Back chocolate note. I have been taking it for two weeks and I have lost 5 lbs and belly flab. I also workout 5-6 times a week and have a healthy diet. My intent is to gain power for my intense workouts and this is a good alternative if you don't like pre workout. It does give you a boost.

Well, first of all, this came all chunked up into big pieces, I had to put it into a blender to actually make it into a powder.I tried it two times and both times, it made my stomach upset and I had to go to the because of it.

I have incorporated Trubrain Ketones in my morning exercise routine. I enjoy the energy I get from using the product and the bonus of kick-starting my ketosis each morning. One added benefit of the product is great taste... adding Trubrain Ketones to my otherwise flavorless protein shake is a huge plus!

This chocolate bhb exogenous ketones taste too salty and has a terrible taste! All the other chocolate ketones from other brands taste great, except they are always out of stock. I tried this chocolate brand as it was available.I don't know if this helps with energy and focus bc I just had it one day."Too salty" and not chocolate enough!

I have been in and out of the keto diet for the past year. I honestly, find it so hard to monitor and have that extremely strict diet and actually keep up with it. I love the benefits of keto but hate the tedious rigorous dieting. It was great I found trubrain ketones. I don't have to be full on keto to reap the benefits of keto! I eat healthy and watch what I eat but in now way keto. I can take these ketones and feel the full effects! I had great workouts and didn't even feel tired!

TLDR; It works, super mental kick, no keto flu, taste like a cup of chocolate baking sodaOn my 3rd bottle and I have to say I was skeptical when I first purchased because of the price, but man does this stuff work! How I know it's working, i'd stopped drinking coffee for a bit each time I tried it and a few minutes after I take it I get a huge mental kick into gear. It definitely helped me get over the keto flu hump, one of the worst parts of starting keto, didn't have it at all taking this. The taste though, horrible. If I were being accurate, it taste like a cup full of baking soda w/ chocolate syrup mixed in. Mixing it with other stuff kind of masks the flavor, but just barely. I think if Trubrain made it in fruit flavors it'd mask the flavor better. Not sure why or who decided chocolate was a good idea.

Came all clumped up. I procrastinated on returning. Its ok very very sweet.
